Snorkeling

And I mean with a mask and fins…

Anyone following the news about Congressman Massa knows that he is now being accused of attempted “snorkeling”.

Is that a euphemism for giving someone a BJ? If not, what is it? And where in the hell did this come from-- is it Navy slang, this one guy’s use of the term, or…?

Link.

According to Urban Dictionary:

So which end of the procedure was Massa supposed to be on?

This is all very confusing!!

*In the navy
Yes, you can sail the seven seas
In the navy
Yes, you can put your mind at ease
In the navy
Come on now, people, make a stand
In the navy, in the navy
Can’t you see we need a hand
In the navy
Come on, protect the motherland
In the navy
Come on and join your fellow man
In the navy
Come on people, and make a stand
In the navy, in the navy, in the navy (in the navy) *

According to Pop-Up Music Videos, some old admiral heard the song and though it would be a great song to promote navy recruitment. They didn’t explain how the lower brass told to him why it was not a good idea to use the Village People as a spokespeople for the navy, but I’m sure it was an interesting conversation.

Amusingly, Massa showed Larry King pictures of an equator crossing ceremony to “prove” that his incredibly gay-seeming actions were not really all that gay.

I repaired the video projector in a gay porn theater once, and the activity in that theater and on the screen was far less gay than the average line crossing on a Navy ship. So I’m willing to accept that he might have a point.
