So that’s what a dump cake is.

I did this once. Snot is too sticky - you can’t beat it into an emulsifier like you can eggs. The snot shriveled and dried out during baking and so the cake had little crunchies in it.

People seemed to like it though. I guess they thought it was flakes of lemon rind or something.

Did you have a cold? Or at least an allergy? I get the impression you’d need some of the quite runny, almost clear mucus that comes out by the bucketful. It can have quite an egg-whitey texture.

Maybe we need something to simulate the yolk. Ear wax?

Makes sense to me. What else is egg white, except a big sticky glob of avian vagina mucus?
