Actually lezlers, from what I can gather from the US department of labour website, employers are NOT compelled to pay a premium rate for holiday work, unless that work excedes the usual 40 hour work week. (the info I quoted was for Canada)
This is why I like Canada. Canada is good. It may be fargin’-ass-bastage cold, but at least we get paid a premium for holidays.
