This was the first thing I read this morning! misstee, you started my day off with a smile! Thank you.
You know, we always think only the BIG things make a difference…and it is SO not true! You just never know when a “That color looks GREAT on you” might be just the thing that turns a person’s day around.
But in this case, misstee, I think what you did was WAY more than a “little” thing. You told her you believed in her, and you told her she had a job to come back to. You gave her hope and you let her know that you had enough faith in her that you would give her her job back. That is a HUGE thing, and especially for a woman who was probably feeling (at the time) that she had messed up beyond redemption.
You ROCK!!!
