I’d vote against going on Judge Judy–doesn’t matter how reasonable your case is, she can turn on you. And forget Joe Brown, because the law has no place in his courtroom. No, what you need is a good dose of Texas Justice! Judge Larry Joe is way cooler than Judge Judy. And less insane.

Judge Marilyn Milian? I love her. She is scarier than Judge Judy, in my opinion. The first thing I thought, reading the OP, is how much I would love to see this one on “The People’s Court”. I would say, Go for it, VunderBob!
Even if by some miracle of Jebus he did win his case, don’t those TV shows pay the people appearing, including a set amount of the settlement? Then if you won, you’d probably get paid to see him humiliated on national television. Win/win situation, if it had to come to that.

I feel your pain.
Why is it that in every volunteer organization there are at least one or two psychotic people who want to cause trouble? I used to be involved in a breed dog club…I love my dogs and love people who have my kind of dog. One year this couple got on the board and I swear I thought the wife was from outerspace. I asked her innocently why she needed to know about other club memerships from our members and got back a diatribe about how we didn’t want subversives in the club. These are DOGS we’re talking about here. Sheesh…she melted down regularly in a very nasty fashion on an email list I had set up, to such a degree that I finally left the group (the breeder people were making me nuts, too). Maybe your group should ask potential member for mental health diagnoses to weed out the paranoid, narcissistic nutjobs? I so wish ASSHOLE was a diagnostic category in the DSM.
I also had a former business partner take me to small claims court, suing me for $10,000 (!!!) for absolutely no reason other than to make life difficult. What an [insert favorite rude descriptive here] she was. She had me served AT WORK, sent a copy of the subpoena to my 80 year old mother in NC as well as to my (former) boyfirend in NY. My Mom nearly had a heart attack. Screw with me all you want but leave my Mom alone! She lost in court, but she did louse up my life to a significan degree simply because she could and was spiteful enough to risk looking like an ass in court.
I would be surprised if Nutjob manages to get this spitefest into small claims court, but if he does, you have my complete sympathy.

Any indication of what kind of damages Nutjob hopes for from his quixotic venture? I can’t see where your alleged spamming cost him anything.
So far, Nutjob’s MO is to run around making threats and claiming his dick is bigger than anytone else’s. Let me reiterate that with this round, I’ve not even heard the threats personally.
