Random things my football non-inclined spouse had to say today (she’s in a league at work, my words in parentheses):
“Who’s that? He’s good looking.”
“I think Eli is much better looking than his brother.” (Um, that picture is Jay Feely.)
“What do you mean there’s Monday games? You never told me there’s Monday games.”
“Is Green Bay the green team? (No, they’re the yellow ones.) Why isn’t Green Bay green?”
“What number is Tom Brady? Why don’t you know what number he is? Who’s number 88? Is he on my team?”
I thought it might be amusing to hear the comments of the non-football people that are around you.
Life is too short to surround oneself with people who can’t talk football.
Fantasy football has gotten a number of people who wouldn’t otherwise have been fans to become addicted to the game, though, so there’s still hope for your beloved. 
I have standardized pages for each of the players in my pool, but if someone wants customization, I work with them as best I can.
A couple of seasons ago, one player wanted to know if I could add pictures to her page. “Sure”, I told her, “not a problem”. She provided me with pictures of all these different players, and I didn’t quite get the theme – they were from all different teams, went to different colleges – I just didn’t see the connection.
She explained it to me – according to her, they’re the hot ones.
