so in your opinion was dc's new 52 comics flops or not ?

this article says so:Why DC's NEW 52 Comic Reboot Was A Mistake

and heres some more on yet another reboot:DC's Rebirth Finally Erases New 52 Changes

With the second reboot, it sounds like they’re trying to have their cake and eat it too by trying to have both storylines mixed together to keep the old fans and new fans …

I wasn’t a fan of most of the changes they introduced in New 52, even when the individual comics were good. Like, they did a lot of good stuff with Cyborg, but I didn’t like him as a founding member of the Justice League, without ever having been a Teen Titan. I felt that Rebirth did a pretty good job of fixing the mess, although it’s going to be a continuity snarl for decades to come. It also led to some great new ideas, like “Superman from the previous reality raising his kid with Lois in secret,” and “Amnesiac Bruce Wayne has basically good life while James Gordon plays Batman in a mech suit.”

I think any rational person would reject the lack of red trunks on superman.

Complete flop, on the order of New Coke.

The fact that they felt the need to go with “Rebirth” was pretty much an admission of this.

My God it was awful. It had all the excesses I associate with the Image line circa 1991, which I assume is what Jim Lee thinks comics should look like. Even the oddball titles I had high hopes for, like Blackhawk and Sgt. Rock, got dragged into the continuity loop that ruined the main books.
