I dropped by the post office this afternoon to fill out a passport application. The line was long, but this particular post office has a rather unusual way to entertain patrons. One wall is filled with celebrity photos – all autographed to the Acklen Station Post Office. Most are country music celebs but there are a few others that I noticed too.
The one that really caught my eye and caused me to do a double take was signed with these words:
It was an 8 by 10 color glossy of a cinnamon bun. But it’s not just any cinnamon bun. It looks like Mother Theresa.:eek:
And the MTCB stands for “Mother Theresa Cinnamon Bun.”
Apparently it was discovered in a cafe around the corner from the post office. I had heard about it before, but I have yet to make a pilgrimage.
