Although I never really had any doubts, the fact I think it sorta looks like a cat toy is proof my brain is somewhat…different.

I think if I saw it in a gallery, I might think it’s sort of pretty. Has sort of a glazed vase look to it.
I mean, knowing what it is, I’m all “ew!”, but simply aesthetically, I think your womb is an artist, UC!

WhyNot, the other notable things that have emerged from my uterus are works of art, so why not this? 
A lot of years ago, VWife had an old surgical spot on her leg that would get irrritated and develop a dermal ulcer on roughly a 3 month cycle. Finally, she went to the surgeon responsible for the old operation and showed it to him. He had her back in surgery (local anesthetic, outpatient) within 2 hours, where he removed a calcified mass from the calf of her leg. Further examination later revealed the core of the mass to be a previously missed suture.
We still talk about the day she gave birth to a pearl.

It looks to me like it caused some kind of an infection and your body expelled the IUD because of it. Or perhaps the IUD has punctured your uterus and your bodu has buitl up scar tissue/mucus in order to protect your body or heal your uterus?
