I found my Boston terriers – and by extension most big dogs and bully breeds – are far better dude attractors than frou frou dogs like poodles or chihuahuas. I’ve never seen a chick with a couple of Chis on leashes surrounded by guys… but I’ve been surrounded by guys with my Bostons. I’m in between dogs at the moment (should change my screen name), but when I get a new one, it’ll be a butch breed, not some girly purse dog.
And yeah, I take issue with the “it’s a guy thread” thing. It most definitely works both ways.
