Yeah, my cat had an anal gland rupture. It seemed to hurt her a lot and it stinked up the place by leaving anal gland juice around the flat. She needed to be put on antibiotics.
Yet the procedure it quite simple. The vet even said I could do it myself but I’d rather pay 20$ every 6/12 months to empty the second anal gland than go rummaging in there.
