Last year I made a headpiece that looked like a computer monitor and made the screen out of blue mylar. I wore that with a black robe, skeletal gloves, and carried a scythe. I was The Blue Screen of Death.
This year, I’m using the robe, gloves, and scythe, but I’m going to be making an XBox 360 power button mask, with glowing red accents. I’m going to be The Red Ring of Death.

so we don’t have to be bothered by all of the little ones and eat the leftover candy. Last year we went to see the last night showing of *The Town *(the one about the Fenway Pahk heist). We were the entire audience.
Usually start thinking of Halloween sometime in late November–the year has flown past and we’re stills scratching our heads. Hoping to find a good, clever couple’s costume, but not one out of a box. We did Waldo and Carmen SanDiego last year. A couple before that we were ‘cat got your tongue’ (me: dressed eclectically with a bloody mouth and a small chalkboard that said ‘damn cat!’, she: dressed as a cat with a tongue in her hand).
We have a fallback, but are looking for something along those lines…
