… then may I introduce you to Courtney Fairchild. She’s a young singer/songwriter from Dallas whose age seems incongruent with the depth of her lyrics. And she has a powerful voice to match.

Disclaimer: She’s the roommate of a friend of mine. He gave me a copy of her latest CD (the website hasn’t been updated with info on this album). It has been in heavy rotation since.

Ha! Mojo, I guess if your roommate is going to sing the Indigo Girls, you’re lucky if she’s actually putting out CDs!

I’ll have to check this out, as I’ve probably been guilty of being the roommate that sings the I.G. songs badly. :smiley:
