I’ve got a client who is running a dynamically-generated website using ASP, ASP.NET and SQL Server DB running on Windows 2003. There is some static content, but the dynamically generated content is not cached on disk.

I need software that can walk the website periodically and screencapture each page and save it to a storage medium (cd, dvd, etc.). Does anyone know of anything that can do this?

I’d prefer to avoid shareware, but if you’ve got something good, by all means, recommend. The guys managing the site aren’t really tech savvy, so something simple to install and configure works best.

Does your client want the visual look and feel for the site, or just the content?

If just the content, why not back up the data periodically?

But to answer your question, you could try Teleport Pro or wget . No guarantees it works with dynamically generated content.

We need the visual look and feel of the website as well.
