Some good books on bartending?

Does anyone have any recommendations for books on bartending? Something that is more than the same collection of 1000+ recipes that every other book has. I want one that gives a lot of information on the ins and outs of running a bar. Things like what varieties of alcohol should a professional bar have versus a dive bar, how you should set up a pricing structure, what sort of customers to look out for. Maybe something like a Joy of Cooking for the bar?
