Is the browsing format of Hulu Plus and Hulu free the same?
There is a little heart with a mouseover that says add to favorites. When I click this nothing happens. When, where, how does add to favorites work?
There was once a place to add all of a TV shows available episodes to the queue. I cannot find it anymore. Is it gone forever? Did I turn it off somewhere?
The queue has some expiration dates. Can these be manipulated?
At least one of the above questions was asked here. I don’t recall getting a specific answer. Is there a site to learn about Hulu?
I just use the free version, so I can’t answer your first question.
Since they changed things, the only way I’ve found to deal with faves is to favorite a show, then go to my profile for my list of shows. The new show will be there, but marked to add nothing to my queue. You can change the setting in that list to have it add episodes and/or clips to your queue.
I also can no longer find the link to add all episodes to my queue.
I found a place within hulu.com where one can ask questions, get a ‘‘ticket’’ number from Hulu costumer support and later they someone will answer the question. According to Hulu costumer support one can no long add all episodes of a TV show to the queue.
The other questions in the OP have not been answered.
Hulu customer support just sent me a nice, brief email, asking if I was satisfied with their service. Just asking for a yes or no. No half page of marketing Plus or any of those lengthy answer a bunch of demographic questions. Just a polite email.
