My dad was in hospital on some pretty heavy-duty painkillers. Later on, he said he’d spent a lot of time watching the ceiling tiles moving around, and seeing things crawling around their edges. Sometimes medication can really do a number on you.
I saw 2 ghosts while in the hospital, didn’t have bad feelings from them,so I think your problems may be medication induced…
Please take care of yourself.
Nothing really. Same thing with the ZzzQuil liquid, just get sleepy and that is about it. Those tablets caused me to have some zany hallucinations though!
I took two aspirin once, and I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic’s.
That product is nothing but Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg, with a fancy label and a fancy price-tag. You can buy the generic tablets for $10 per 500.
Who won?
Was this in London?
I’m sorry, but no, you’re not. They don’t exist and never have.
Just so you know… People are trying to be nice, but you should be aware that there is little empathy on this MB for people who sincerely believe in ghosts and spirits. If the meds are causing you to hallucinate, you’ll get empathy. If you think ghosts are real, you are going to be mocked-- more viciously the longer you persist in posting about it.
You know what, now that you mention it …
I’m curious about the sage cleansing. Does that mean a very wise person cleanses your home, or that you use the herb sage in some cleansing capacity? If the former, where do you find said sage, and what is his or her cleansing process? If the latter, do you burn it like incense, or mix it into a cleanser, or what?
It means the latter, and is a rather common thing. Used for this is Salvia apiana (white sage, bee sage, or sacred sage).

I can’t believe I’m going to admit this, but I only know of this because Tori Spelling had it done to one of her houses on her reality show a few seasons ago.
There’s no fool like a fool with too much money.
If you watch the ghost shows (such as A Haunting) on ID they do the sage thing a lot.
How was his hair?
Perfect, I’m guessing.
The problem with these “reality” shows is they are not reality, they are “realidrama” I think I just made that up, I’m going to trademark it if I don’t find any other references to it in a google search.
With bullshit like ghosts, rituals, crystal balls etc. it is a self perpetuating phenomenon… the more you believe, the more you get sucked in, the more you believe… etc.
OK, right on. I was pretty sure we were talking about the wise man sage, so hey … ignorance fought!
Any money she spends on burning sage and/or rebuilding a fire-damaged home, is that much less she has to spend on carving more bits off her nose. In that sense, it actually is healthy for her.
If the ghost hasn’t killed you yet, its probably not going to. Ghosts are just like people, only dead. If they’re not out to hurt you, just treat them as a roommate. You wouldn’t freak out if your roommate was walking around and staring at you, would you? So who cares if a ghost does it? At least he won’t eat your leftovers
Y’all were so sweet to this new poster! There might be Hope for you, yet!
