Racism is a natural result of the all-too-human propensity for facile categorization. This is a natural proclivity, and ca.not be eliminated by condemnation or social engineering. You cannot tell people to doubt their own inductive experiential conceptualization.
You can, however, didact the process so as to allow self-awareness of cognitive process.
Only when this is acheived can the individual progress to a meta-observational percept model.

Firstly, I think the key here is to raise babies with Western values, their actual skin colour is probably irrelavant to her - check if she would accept a Chrisitan Latino who was well-spoken and shared American values.
Secondly, I don’t think that is really eugenics - you aren’t removing the ‘negative’ genes from the human breeding pool, you are merely counterbalancing those genes by encouraging ‘positive’ genes.

There are some modern organizations with no real connection with the historical Knights Templar who are some nasty pieces of work. Of course, there are also modern organizations that use Templar iconography and do good works (the Freemasons come to mind).
For example, that crazy Norwegian guy (Brevik?) who shot up all those people at the summer camp claimed to be part of a modern Templar movement that was deeply racist and anti-Muslim.

I wish people would just go ahead and say “white people who I wanna be friends with!” instead of saying “Western” like it means anything. Westerners are a people who speak languages that derive from a language group that was born in the East, worship religions that arose in the East, and who are scattered all over the world. Huge parts of their diets–like rice, tomatoes, potatoes, pumpkins, and corn–have non-Western origins. They consider ancient Greece the Beginning of it All. But this has always puzzled me since Greece is not “Western”–either geographically or culturally.
“West” and “East” are divisive, meaningless terms. They need to go by the wayside, IMHO.
My brother in law is a fire fighter, at the site of a fatal apartment fire he was injured badly while trying to guide residents onto a ladder and they in panic jumped and he was hit by two of them from five stories up. He had to be hospitalized and while there was interviewed by a reporter, which lead to a newspaper story and they posted the story on their website.
The comments quickly filled up with political bickering, race bickering, pot shots at him, passive aggressive bullshit.
I’ve come to the realization that most people can’t help themselves, given a anonymous place to speak their mind they are gonna spew garbage. Just a fact of life, it doesn’t really say anything about their real life demeanor.

For anyone thinks that “Western” is meaningful, what does “Eastern” connote to you? China? Japan? The Middle East? Nigeria? Indonesia? India? Russia? What do these places share in common? Does it makes any sense to lump a Japanese fellow with a Saudi Arabian? Or a Congolese with an Armenian?
They don’t worship the same religions or speak the same tongues or dress the same way or relate to people in the same way.
So what rubric are we using when we distinguish them from “us”?
