This song is fairly recent since I found it on a streaming audio alt station.
It begins with someone - male- whispering " I do, I do, I do" before the rest of the song begins and that’s all I can remember. 
I thought it was an Ambulance LTD song or maybe one by Moist, but it doesn’t seem to be either…
Any guesses?
