Agreed, and I would have ruled correct for Uncle Cracker for this one. I also would have accepted Whitney Houston for #15. But the artist must have made the song popular in some way. The initial answer was for 11 was Steppenwolf, and they may have covered the Dobie Gray classic, but to my knowledge, never made a hit out of it.
