Song Of Albion should I read it?

A few weeks ago I finished reading Song of Ice and Fire, they were fantastic. For me they are required reading for fantasy fans (together with LOTR and Chronicles of Amber). Anyway a friend of mine lend me Song of Albion. Should I bother or should I continue trying to read “The Warden” by Anthony Trollope,

Opinions is what I want, spoilers won’t be welcome

‘The Warden’ isn’t the best of the Barchestire series, but once you get past it there are some great reads. They’re gritty tales of political intrigue… viewed from a certain angle

I liked Song of Albion quite a bit. It drags a bit, especially in the second book, but it’s a pretty good trilogy all around.

Fiat Lux, if you are girl marry me. I followed your advise and finsihed reading “The Warden”. I opened “Barchester Tower” read one chapter and realized this is a book that i will tell ** our ** grandchildren (if you are girl, if we marry, if… you get the ideea)

Song of Albion will have to wait till I am finished with the city of Barchester.

…I will tell our children to read. You get the idea
