I was recently doing a binge of Queen documentaries on Youtube and learned that Brian May wrote this song and, in the official video, he sings the first verse.

I appreciate all the responses. It seems like ghosts should be a separate category, though.
I had assumed The Highwayman you were referring to in the OP was Phil Ochs version of the Alfred Noyes poem, who was in fact a ghost. Now I see that you were referring to this completely different song, in which he is repeatedly reincarnated.
It seems like the examples in the OP only include one true immortal, in “I Was Born About 10,000 Years Ago.” In “The Highwayman” and “I Might Have Been Queen” the narrator dies repeatedly but is reincarnated. In “I Ain’t Marching Anymore” the narrator is symbolic of all soldiers; he is neither immortal nor reincarnated. There are many of “him” alive at one time:
Anyway, cool idea for a thread, but you already had several different varieties of “immortals” in the OP.
So we have in this thread at least:
-True immortal humans who are born but then live forever
-Reincarnations of the same soul after death
-Ghosts
-Gods, devils, and other supernatural entities
-Eternal symbols
