The Dells originally released the song Oh, What A Night in 1956 and the song was written by Marvin Junior (an original member of the group that formed in 1954) and John Funches. The song was re-released in 1969 and eventually became a million seller. The Dells were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
The songDecember, 1963 (Oh What A Night) was released in 1975 by the Four Seasons and the song was written by Bob Gaudio and J. Parker.
