Just want to point out though that Living Dead Girl isn’t by White Zombie, it’s by Rob Zombie. Same singer, different band or something.
However, White Zombie does have the song I, Zombie. And Real Solution #9 features the repeated line “I’m already dead, I’m already dead” which is sorta zombie-ish.

Damn you, I thought this one had been overlooked! 
“She Said She Said” by The Beatles? It has that classic first line, and the whole song has that finger-on-the-tape-spool slowed down sound that zombies prefer.
