The New York Ska Jazz Ensemble. Moby Dick.
Miami Sound Machine, Conga.
Dead or Alive, You Spin Me Round (Like a Record).

I find the beat of Solsbury Hill quite catchy. Turns out it’s a 7/4 beat, similar to the 7/8 beat of the Dave Brubeck linked earlier.
More 7/4 (I think): Kid Charlemagne by Steely Dan
I think that alternates between 4/4 and 7/4, but I’m far from expert; if someone wants to put me right, feel free.

And better yet, Reverend Black Grape by Black Grape:
And while we’re on the subject of Black Grape, they are responsible for possibly the only good football anthem ever written, England’s Irie:
No, really. Give it a go.

Greatest guitar solo ever. Short sweet and to the point.
Black Grape - I stumbled across their Kelly’s Heroes on Spotify, it is quite catchy as well.
For me the first thing to spring to mind was another British Pop Rock band from the 80’s/90’s, World Party’s Private Revolution. I must tap my feet whenever it pops up for me.
This was one of those rare songs that just grabbed me the first time I heard it, and immediately made me want to know the name of the song, and the band:
It’s still one of my “must turn up the volume when listening” songs.
