Don’t Know, every time I hear any Song from her it makes my Ears Bleed. I hate her Music - Especially As I Lay Me Down and Damn Wish I Was Your Lover. Damn I Wish I Could Erase My Data Banks of both those songs.
According to someone on the Official Sophie B. Hawkins Web Site message board, they are singing “oh la ka koh”, which is supposed to be some kind of African chant to bring a loved one home.
