South Park 11/09

This is a great episode. Has got to be the best of the season.

I noticed Butters is free after last week.

So is Cartman really the Damien type Anti-Christ?

Jim

It was a decent episode… I wouldn’t say best of the season. I liked Marjorin better even in just this half of the season, and there were a few from the first half (last spring) that I liked better, as well.

It was nice that Butters got to laugh at someone for once

I preferred the episode where Cartman goes full out in Nazi gear after seeing The Passion of the Christ, as far as Cartman being hellbent on world domination episodes.

I kept expecting the episode to be a satire of “indigo children.” It was still amusing, though.

Pretty good. Now I’m a little afraid of ginger kids. No doubt it’ll pass by the time I wake up in the morning.

HEH, My little sister has “Ginger-vitis”. I think I’m going to have to give her a hard time now.

Cartman has real leadership talent. There’s no doubt - he proves it time and again. He just always uses it for manipulation toward power or just for his sick amusement – or to kill Kyle. I wouldn’t say he’s the anit-christ model, maybe one level below that - an incorragably power-hungry, yet incredibly effective political leader-type.

He isn’t the anit-christ for the one reason: he never wins in the long run - like BRAIN from ‘Pinky & the Brain’. Something always happens at the end of the day, and he’s back to being little, but annoyingly outspoken Cartman… and no matter how bad he loses out in the end, he never learns his lesson.

So you’re saying that Cartman could be the next Karl Rove?

It was a funny episode, 10 million times funnier than the Hurricane Katrina episode, but not as funny as Marjorin.

“Boys, if you want to avoid having Ginger-kids, marry an Asian woman.”

They missed a chance to work in a joke about Malcolm X (aka “Detroit Red”).

What did Kyle tell Cartman?

Bloody. I didn’t think we were filming yesterday, but I helped talk the director into it. Missed South Park and Drawn Together. :frowning:

That it was a bleaching & Dye Job.

Uh oh … I married a Ginger woman just last month! Should I lock myself in my bedroom alone at night?

I do find it amusing that he mentioned a friend was marrying a japanese woman to avoid the ginger gene, since we already know from “Best Friends Forever” that Japanese people don’t have souls either.

Yes. You should. But even that might be enough to ensure your safety. I volunteer to move in and protect you from her.

I was gonna say that.
But NO, I’m to nice.
No wonder I didn’t go out a lot in Hich School. :frowning:

I really enjoyed the part where Kyle whacks sleeping Cartman over the head with a baton over and over again. Also the Children of the Corn refrences were great

And after Stan takes the baton away Kyle just starts punching him. Good stuff.

I love it that Cartman’s role model is Hitler.

He really just wants to eradicate ONE segment of the population. I don’t even think he cares which one.

Kyle knocking Cartman out was one of the funniest moments in South Park’s enture run. There was just SO much hatred in his eyes.

Ron Howard as a Ginger.

Cartman pretending to not catch the irony.

Carrottop.

Good stuff.

RED POWER!
