Oh, please tell me you’re joking.
Blanket really is the kid’s nickname.
MJ said it’s because “blanket” means comfort and love.
Ooooooh kaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.
These and other revelations came from the “Living with Michael Jackson” special on TV. It provided the inspiration for many, many jokes on this episode of SP.
Hmmm…
I heard the “blanket” thing was originally a nickname given to him by the media because MJ always threw a blanket over the kid’s head in public so no one could see his face.
And I flipped over to CNN immediatly after the second airing to see Michael Jackson dancing on a car while reports of his indictment that day on seven felony counts of child molestation/related charges.
Did the cops in Santa Barbara wait till Wednesday on purpose? Oh, come on! Thats ignorant! Thats ignorant!
I thought it was a damn funny episode, but seriously petered-out at the end. I especially like the “got your nose” joke!
I smiled a couple of times. Didn’t actually laugh out loud a single time.
Michael Jackson jokes are so last month.
But if a weak episode like this one is the price to be paid for the renaissance of the last few shows, hey, I’m a happy guy.
Was far from being a classic. Seemed like after they jabbed at most of MJ’s f#*ked up traits, they were not sure where to go with the story next. Ending just kind of fizzled out.
I wonder if Mike Judge, (King of the Hill, Beavis and Butthead), did the voice this time. He did in the movie.
Well, yes, but it won’t make any difference as to how Kenny sounds. Mike Judge only voiced Kenny saying goodbye; the rest of Kenny’s lines were done by Matt Stone as usual.
Worst episode ever, BTW. As AWESOM-O might say, “Weak”.
I was going to say that I didn’t laugh once at the shooting-fish-in-a-barrel Jacko jokes and the unhilarious racist police jokes, but I guess I did giggle at the continued high-toned “that’s ignorant, that’s ignorant,” which I believe should be worked into the regular milieu of popular culture, like “D’oh” and “Master of my domain.”
Well, last week when lemywinks was supposed to be on, they had a lemmywinks disclaimer before, saying something about him being injured in Canada or something.
MJ also said, “Oh my blanket, has anyone seen my blanket?” Refering to the kid.
I think the episode where Jimmy has roid rage and beats up his mother might quite possibly be the funniest thing of all time, aside from Cartman having the wardrobe malfunction.
That wasn’t Cartman, that was Mitch Connor!
The “chicka chi-mones” what got me.
Actually, I had been wondering if it was Kenny, too, so I skipped back on my TiVo to just before they broke into the house, and I could have sworn they called the kid “Stewart” just before going into the house. Did my brain and my TiVo both deceive me?
IIRC, it was “Due to the recent tradgedy in Hawaii, the Lemmiwinks episode will not be shown…”
