Most Vodkas (even the high end ones) are made from a random assortment of industrial byproduct. Generally, whatever cheapest stock they can. Once it’s been distilled and filtered, it doesn’t much matter where the original sugars came from.
Vodka makers are careful never to talk about this and, instead, pump out a whole lot of marketing glurge.
