Spanish speeking dopers - help translate this video!

So my spanish is, shall we say, ‘limited.’ (As in, I could ask: “Donde esta el ban~o?” but probably not understand the answer…)

I don’t need the whole video translated. All I want to know is: do these guys mention if the liquid in the pool is just cornstarch and water, or that plus something else, or what? Plus, you know, it’s a funny damn video!

They never explain what it is; if there was any explanation, it was done in another segment, either before or after the bit shown in the video.

It’s a current Spanish TV program: you can find their webpage here. You can ask them directly, if it’s for something like “hey I’d like to show that sketch in my Physics class” they might even get you the missing parts.

I’ve emailed the other physics teacher at the high school where I work. We’ll see what he thinks. (Maybe it’ll be the next hit on youtube… )

The video description says it’s cornstarch and water:

They filled a pool with a mix of cornstarch and water made on a concrete mixer truck. It becomes a non-newtonian fluid. When stress is applied to the liquid it exhibits properties of a solid.
