The official lyrics don’t include any Spanish. The bits he adds have some fragments which are actual Spanish sentences; other parts aren’t sentences so much as bunches of words strung together; yet others… yea, “San Diego Spanish” seems a perfectly fine description, the words are Spanish but the grammar is alien. And he doesn’t say Dios Poderoso but el Todopoderoso (the Almighty).
The longest actual sentence I can hear has some incomprehensible bits (dude, don’t bite the mike), it’s at the beginning: here we are to sing a [song?] so we can dance, we are all together without using skype to connect
I think he was probably attempting to do to Spanish (er, San Diego Spanglish) what Rastas do to English – weird grammar and sentence structure for the purpose of… well, I don’t know what, but undoubtedly it’s something profound.
