(Old) Spot the Lunatic - A Cat MMP

Doc said I’m looking good. He calculated that I have a 5.4% chance of keeling over with a heart attack in the next 5 years. I also heard all about the vacation he and his wife took to Spain. He recommended I go. Yes, certainly. I shall tell Jeeves to bring the Bentley 'round just as soon as Bridgett finishes packing my Louis Vuittons. Perhaps I shall lunch in Madrid.

Oh, my gosh, is she named after a character in Firefly? My son and his wife adopted an old dog and named her Nandi. All their adoptees are named after Firefly characters. Their first dog was Jayne. I always wanted to knit him a hat.

Hmph. My BP was 104/60 at the doc’s. I bet it’s 10 x higher after reading that. Basic healthcare is a human right, but try telling that to someone who has excellent insurance or just believes all the BS. I guess it’s :musical_note: Easy to be hard. I shall commence keeping my mouth shut, but my mind is still glowering on your behalf.

Isn’t the half-joint necessary preparation for such a call?

There really IS a Braunschweiger Run, or at least, a run for Braunschweig. Gehen, MetallMaus, Gehen! (I hope that doesn’t say something naughty.)

We call them “Manson eyes.” My DIL called the eyes of a dog on the shelter site that. Specifically, she said, “Who’d adopt a dog who has Manson eyes?” A: They would. His name is Mister Universe.

Whatever the intention (and I have to think it was a kindly one), you made that kid’s day.

Man, if I had a dime for every time someone said that to me and some guy…

I read the last one as “The Young and the Wise-ass,” and I think I know which one is doggio.
