Spot The Shopped Image - Not Easy!

77%

I agree with Zebra that some of the “real” photos underwent some enhancement in Photoshop.

I got 80%
About half I’d seen before.

About halfway through I realized that when they say “Photoshopped,” they really mean “not real picture.” I run nearly all of my photography through Photoshop for levels adjustments and cropping, but they’re not fake. They also use rendered CG images that were probably NOT run through Photoshop and label them as such because they’re just fake.

Link? Or did I just fail the test…?

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing…

Here

67%. I was making the same mistake others were, assuming that “Photoshopped” included images that had been adjusted vs raw images.

where’s the linky?

I don’t see a linky…

The answers say the last four are fake. I call shenanigans.

What a poorly put together, misleading “quiz”. Disappointing.

I got 73%.

How did 21 of you take the test with out a link to it?

Anyways, the little stinkers! FIrst off, clicking doesn’t always produce a larger image–it even got smaller on one. Also, they didn’t give me points for the first one I got right, but did for the last one I got wrong.

I got a 73%, based on a method to assume that any photo that looked absolutely normal wouldn’t be in here if it wasn’t photoshopped, and vise versa. They obviously anticipated my method and threw in a significant number that didn’t follow this. Maybe someone else has a better method?

ETA: I agree they should let us see the originals. Even the one’s that were digitally rendered looked like they had fake parts.

And, if they know it they are real or not, they should be able to provide a link for all of them. Well, at least provide a source of some kind. The fakes should be relatively easy

For some reason, the OP has recently disappeared. When I first saw this thread yesterday afternoon, it had an OP that was visible. By the time I got home to take the test (site was blocked at work), the OP was mysteriously gone.

I also mistook the term Photoshopping for “having been adjusted or having additional elements added or removed” rather than completely fake. I think I got 60% or something like that.

never mind …

::keeps looking for link::

::looks for where someone else has already said “Linkie?” later in thread::

EDIT: oh the OP vaporized? weird!

Sorry for the confusion, everybody. The OP of this thread was a spammer - he posted the same link in three different SDMB forums and has put it many other places on the 'net. I removed the posts and banned him but didn’t realize this thread was still here. Since the spam is gone, I’m closing this thread.
