Are there any “blooper” outtakes from TNG, DS9, ST:V or Enterprise out there?
Yeah, that would be Seasons 1 through 7 of ST: Voyager and Seaons 1 and 2 (so far) of Enterprise.

Anyway, I’m takin’ this question to mean that there aren’t any bloopers on the DVD sets. If so, that sucks. I want to see a drunk Picard talking to Troi’s cleavage with his uniform around his ankles.

At a convention once I saw a blooper reel for the first season of TNG. No, wait, I even bought a VHS of it.
It’s not very good. The production quality is very poor, as if I’d purchased an umpteenth-generation copy.
