Examples of standards in another forum I frequent-
-High post counts ie 6000 posts in 2 months for one poster.
-About only 20 members really actually post. Posters that do not post in 2 weeks get deleted

  • Insulting a popular person(not neccassaryily mod) will get your posting privilege’s taken away.

I agree with Atreyu’s inquiry. There are other forums out there you say…Do you have any proof of their existance? Or is this a metaphysical thing…Perhaps you meant to type “Farms”, if so, yes there are other “farms” out there.
You have raised a conundrum for sure…

I think this “other forums” concept can safely be put to bed. To think otherwise smack of bigfoot, lochness monsters, and UFOs.

Most of the posters I’ve seen on other boards use spell check or preview. :slight_smile:

I was a member of the Wizard World Comics forum a few years back before they sold the website and everything there went to hell. I had 2000+ posts, and was a regular 20 post a day member.

I found that the rules were a little more lax, and the atmosphere was a lot lighter. Trolls weren’t banned, just ignored into oblivion, and the mods had a lot less to do there.

You could also post photos, because they didn’t save every thread ever posted and had the bandwidth and server space to spare.
