It’s definitely “I have a bad feeling about this.”

I think the official one is “I ahve a bad feeling about this,” but I seem to recall “There’s too many of them” being in at least every movie, if not every video game.

Yeah, although I thought Lucas could have done a much better job of placing it in Episode II (ATOC).
The line works better when it’s placed in such a way that the danger is not immediately obvious, but one of the characters starts feeling like the situation is not what it seems. Like in Ep. I, when they are just in a room for peaceful negotiations, supposedly.
In Ep. II, it was just dumb how it was used. Our three heroes are tied to poles in an arena, already sentenced for execution. Anakin: “I have a baaad feeling about this.” (Well, duh!)
