It’s an official document that shows where he was born, but that’s not important right now.
I was required to provide a long form birth certificate in order to get my passport. I do not know how this differs state by state; however, in Texas a long form certificate does really exist and is something that people have to really use.

What formats of birth certificates are available online?
Four formats are available. For each copy of a birth certificate, you will need to specify the format you want. The four formats are:
•Standard size (short form or abstract): The most commonly issued format because it satisfies most purposes, including registering a child for school or sports, obtaining a passport for a person born after 1963 if born in a hospital and obtaining a driver license in most states. If the birth record is not available in this format or if the state you live in requires the full size for a driver license, a full-size birth certificate will be issued instead.
•Full size (long form): Used most often to obtain a passport for a person born at home and/or before 1964. It’s also typically required for purposes of dual citizenship, Indian Registry and immigration. Because this format contains information that can facilitate identify theft, we recommend that you order this format only when it is required.
•Heirloom birth certificate: A specially-designed certificate with an engraved intaglio border, heirloom-quality paper, background security features, and a gold embossed seal. State law prevents issuance of this certificate to persons whose births were established by court order or delayed record procedures.

Well they certainly seem to believe what they are saying. True believers, they’re dangerous.
Surely they can see that Obama is a “natural born citizen” under the Constitution?
Don’t call us Shirley!
That’s an entirely different kind of birth certificate altogether.

That’s only three. And there’s only three listed on the original site, too.
It’s too bad they didn’t say there were five when only listing three, but I suspect the problem here isn’t an attempted shout-out to MPatHG but an actual inability to count.

I predict that, for years after Obama leaves office, some of these nuts will be trying this court and that to get everything he ever did reversed on the grounds that constitutionally he never was POTUS, etc., etc. And I say let 'em crash!
Just have to say this is very clever. I can think of three interpretations.
On another note, has she consulted Jack Thompson?
Looks like I picked the wrong weekend to read the Constitution.
The Constitution – what’s that?
It’s the document that defines the foundation of our entire system of government - but that’s not important right now.
OK, boys, let’s get some pictures!

None of those look like gladiator movies to me.
