Does anybody else just think this is hilarious?

And in case I did this link thing wrong…

Apparently some macaque monkeys in Taiwan have been running amuck causing all sorts of shenanigans.

They pluck the feathers from roosters then grab the hens and carry them up to the trees.

They are molesting the poor goats, teasing the dogs and riding the pigs bareback around the farm.

Since the monkeys are endangered in Taiwan the farmers have little recourse.

Can you just picture these little guys standing just out of reach of the dogs then punching them in the face? Very Foghorn Legghorn I think! :smiley:

And to think that I was bitching because the mini-mule scattered compost over the steps again and the neighbor’s bull has been “visiting” since last Sunday.

Macaque monkeys are pretty much the mike Tysons of the primate world.

Strong, easy to anger, very vicious and natural carriers of Herpes B virus.

B Virus as I’ve mentioned before is a central nervous system pathogen in humans. It has 100% rate of fatal cases. There is 1 known case of a patient having a latent infection of B virus. 10 years after working with Macaques an ex animal handler dropped dead from B virus.

Some subspecies of macaques are worse than others, mainly because they’re bigger and more dangerous.

Oh yeah…blame the victim here. It’s always the poor victim who is going to have her name drug through the mud about what she wore, how she was acting, that flirty little way she kicked up her back hoof as she walked past the monkey…
