Kudos to this girl. Her Iphone was lost/stolen on a Disney cruise. The dude who took it began taking pictures with it and she was able to see them through the Apple cloud service.
So, she threw them on Facebook and made it public for all of us to enjoy.
As far as I can tell, you don’t even need a Facebook account to see them.
Funny, and I hope she gets an Iphone out of it.
Interesting. Disney always struck me as being particularly, um, fussy about their reputation. Kinda makes me wonder if Nelson will keep his job…
He’s on administrative leave, according to this article, “Peddie [Rebecca Peddie, manager of public affairs at Disney Cruise] explains that McCaffrey’s iPhone has been recovered, but wouldn’t confirm whether it was found in the possession of the man who plays a starring role in McCaffrey’s Facebook album. Peddie did say that an employee has been placed on administrative leave while Disney Cruise investigates the situation.”
“Administrative leave” is their euphemism for “chained up in the bowels of Cinderella Castle being waterboarded with Donald Duck orange juice by a Grand Inquisitor in a Goofy suit.”
The captions on the pictures are pretty funny.
I bet someone’s going to get a free cruise out of this- and it isn’t Nelson.
