Question #1: When my stomach is empty to the point that it growls, the tension is pretty bad, but immediately after it growls, the tension and discomfort is better. Why is that?
Question #2: When my stomach is empty, I’ve developed the disconcerting habit of burping. Not big burps, just little ones. I’ve run into only one other person who has the same issue. What causes the burps?
Question #3: I hurt my left knee, specifically the tendon/ligament/thingie right on top of the patella and going down. Not really sure how I did it, but the question is, what do I do now? A muscle injury, I know, gets the RICE treatment. What about tendon/ligament/thingies?
