Talking about the choice of Signorino illustrations over in ATMB got me to thinking… it would be really cool to win a chance to be a guest illustrator for one column of the Straight Dope - be seen in every alternative weekly across the country! I’d definitely jump into that one.
How about you guys? What kind of SD contest would you enter? And no, I don’t mean “win a date with [your favorite SDMB denizen here]” type of things… or even “Meet Cecil Adams” 'cos we know that’s not gonna happen. 
Rather than guest illustrator (no chance), how about guest illustrated? Get drawn by Slug…don’t tell your friends, they’ll see the inner ugly in you.

I wouldn’t mind a day “internship”, helping track down the Straight Dope, doing the research, getting really bitchy on the phone with some secretive corporate f–, well, you get the idea… Might sound boring but I’d dig it.
I dunno, TubaDiva seemed to think it was a good idea, at least when I mistakenly posted it over in ATMB.
