Veteran’s day baby checking in. Daddy…When’s my parade?
Well, what can I do about it if you guys didn’t post in the birthday thread? Just kidding.
Tuckerfan, you share a birthday with my beloved younger brother… he’s not quite so little anymore. He’ll be 21… oh my.
You’re quite welcome… I did figure you’d be a bit busy what with Cirque de Soleil and everything else that’s gone on… Yeah, I guess I missed what you posted in a thread. But I’m doing my best to catch up with everything, so I guess that’s what counts.
vanilla, I’ll remember that, and try to post one if I’m not too zonked out by celebrating my brother’s birthday the night before. (or whenever he decides to celebrate it) However, there will be no alcohol involved on his part, since he doesn’t like it at all.
An annual journal, eh? Well, whatever works for you. Compared to you, I must seem like a journal junkie, as I have at least one paper edition going as well as at least two online editions. (but the online ones were only in the last couple of years or so) May as well take time to reflect and such, anyways.
If my brain’s not TOO dead by tomorrow, I’ll see what I can do about augmenting the birthday cheer. As for sitting around and aging: you just better take the time to think about getting OLDER!

Oh shoot. I knew I forgot something. :smack:
This is the link to the birthday thread I was talking about… I haven’t gone off my rocker quite yet, though my brain is getting progressively more dead.

Aw, shucks, Flami, thanks. #3 and all. Woohoo!
Don’t know what I’ll be doing, but rest assured, it will involve consumption of alcohol!
[sub]Yes, I’m 34. What’s it to ya?[/sub]
I knew there was an overriding reason why I thought vanilla is so cool: I’m a Thanksgiving baby, too. Except I’m the 28th. Which means this year is my Thanksgiving year. I hate having a floating holiday birthday; it means I have to decide whether to spend it with family (immediate family all goes to Long Island for extended family dinner) or friends, all of which tend to be in town (Burlington, VT) for the holiday. Bah.
I will be 23. That means I’m well into my mid-twenties. feh.
I suppose I’ll forgive you this time. (I turned 29)
Running in the room… WHAT!! Damn, Damn, Damn… another gray hair… OK, standing up straight, fixing hair, pushing out… Oh, hell, this round is on me…
November 27th for me - I’m a Grey Cup baby (Canadians will understand that). I actually was born the day the Riders won the Grey Cup in '66 - my dad wanted to name me Regina. Dodged that bullet {whew}. I suppose if I were American I would be a Thanksgiving baby. But I’m not, cause all good hearted people celebrate Thanksgiving in October.
::waves hello to all the fellow Sags out there::
Mine is on the 23rd.
Unlike that poser vanilla, I WAS born on Thanksgiving.
I’ll be 34 on Saturday.
El Hubbo, GfH and two other couples are all going to Stillwater, MN, for dinner and dancing…
I love my birthday. It’s the one day per year I can be selfish without feeling guilty. w00t!
We should post the names of famous people born on our birthdays.

I’m on the 25th, too.
I’ll celebrate my 60th  visiting my son’s family in Mass. and pigging out on lobster rolls in Maine. Mmmmmmmmm
November 2nd here, but I got personal birthday wishes in this forum last year so I’m not too miffed.
