Kids Gone Wild: Dirty Dancing Video Will Shock, Awe and Nauseate
That’s a pretty nifty video. If the commenters are to be believed, the film has been dated to only days before the big quake. Oddly, what struck me about it was the lack of ingrained traffic rules. There’s some adherence to everyone going in (roughly) the same direction on one side of the tracks, but aside from that, everyone meanders pretty much anywhere they want–cars, wagons, and pedestrians veering about and cutting in front of each other and the cable cars. With fewer vehicles and lower speeds, you could get away with it, I suppose.
My current favorite video is considerably less illuminating, I’m afraid, but it amuses me. (It’s a line animation of Final Fantasy MMO characters doing a video to the song “Stacy’s Mom”.)
This is an awesome video. I’ve seen it before and every time I watch it I tear up. Can’t say why.
Really? I’m pretty sure I was the one that originally posted that…I had no idea a Doper made it!
You can’t? I can. It’s a simple message presented so powerfully that it hits me straight to my gut. It says “people love you and don’t want to see you die a horrible, bloody death.” And the scoring is perfect.
I well up a little every time I see it, too.

Many are special effects crashes shot for movies or TV, but there’s also quite a lot of real ones caught by traffic cams, etc.
I have posted this before but I watch every week or so and still love it.
Japanese adults convince kids a zombie is coming to attack their house. Kids totally believe it and fight off the zombie with a plastic dinosaur, Tabasco sauce and cling film (amongst other things).
I have a new favourite part every time I watch it. Currently, it’s how polite everyone is - the zombie takes off his shoes before he enters the house and they him “Zombie-san”
I guess this is actually emotional child abuse, but I can’t help but laugh.
