I know reporters are scrambling around as fast they can trying to get all the information they can learn into a report. And of course the faster they try to deliver, the more mistakes they make.

I personally like it when the closed captioning person gets messed up so badly that there is no way back and they just typing alkdjf9oiwenba;slkd for a while before catching up again.
We were watching a show about computers and they had a lot of stuff that I can’t even spell, and the poor guy was getting so messed up— “Operating System Jagr”, “the Intell Selrno Procserro”— just awful. It was so annoying, too, because he was five minutes behind what was actually going on. Then finally he caught on, and he just wrote “…wait…wait…wait…wait…” until he knew where he was again.
