Can you be undressed - or is that reserved for the performers? Would they bounce you?
Well, I imagine that they’d probably want you dressed. The performers fall under the establishment’s responsibility, and the establishment needs to obtain a permit 'fore holding adult activities.

Depends on the club and local laws, but I’ve noticed that some clubs have specific areas where the “entertaining” is to take place. Either on the stage or runway, or in a special “sofa-dance” or “lap-dance” area, or some other specialized sort of “dance”; i.e. shower show, two-girl show, etc. Entertainers are not usually permitted to be uncovered in the general “audience” area. And they expect a certain decorum from the audience, be they male OR female.
I would suspect that the other patrons would not have a problem with it. But the management probably would.
I suspect that the dancers would have a problem with your gal-pal being nude too, since that’d probably take away from their “earning potential”.
In my observation, you’d probably get bounced if you made a spectacle of yourself. Dressing real sexy would be fine, and occasional flashing would probably be tolerated. The problem would come from the management and the working girls, they’re there to get tips, and if you cut into that you’d be unwelcome. Strip Clubs are show clubs, not nudist get-togethers. You’ll get more slack if you’re lesbian.
OTOH, depending on the place, if you found a dark corner and gave your boyfriend a show, you might not get much notice.

Apart from the nearly naked girls, strip joints are really quite tame and more highly controlled than regular bars. Bouncers won’t tolerate anything and usually don’t hesitate to throw someone out bodily. Besides, men sorta go deaf and dumb when confronted with multiple naked, dancing women. 
Stick with a sexy (but not too revealing) outfit and everyone will assume you’re a dancer (from another club) just checking out the competition.

Sorta related to, but not exactly, I wanted to share with your our favorite strip club here in Ohio.
This is an all nude review. Nothing spectacular about it really, other than the fact that you can bring your own beer or alcohal in with you.
You pay a dollar a beer for whatever you brought in. For example 5 of us go in with a case. We check it into the bar, get a reciept for 24 beers, and everytime we want one, we bring the reciept with a dollar to the lady behind the bar and get our beer back. Amazing if you ask me. I love loopholes like this.
