I went to a strip club with my wife, one known for strippers getting touchy- feely with patrons. Contrary to the OPs observation, these women had a variety of…hangy-ness. But something my wife was curious about was boob firmness of other women. At one point the stripper put my wife’s hands on her (stripper’s) boobs and let her squeeze em. My wife commented the stripper’s boobs were really soft, and asked if other women i’d been with have boobs like that.
Just like vulvas, breasts also seem to come in a wide variety of configurations; some are firmer than others.
Loose lips sink ships.

From my limited sample of one “used to be a stripper” girlfriend, I can attest that some of them do have slightly visible inner lips.
Off all the gossip and dressing room talk I heard when she danced, the only lip enhancements I remember being mentioned was the face type. Maybe it’s a regional thing and it just hasn’t made it to Europe yet.
When the same question was answered in an entertainment magazine in AUS 10 or 20 years ago, the editor acknowledged that women come in two varieties: “innies” and “outies”, and explained that, in AUS, they were not permitted to publish pictures of “outies”.
That’s not directly relevant to the question, but I would imagine that high-res pictures form the criteria against which strippers and their customers judge appearance.
