Yet again: I never said it wasn’t a bad situation. Maybe if I say it 50 times in a row this will sink in.
I’m just saying that as far as crazy cat ladies go, she’s at least more humane than most.
Feh! Not yet, anway. But it sounds like she’s WELL on the way to making THAT unhappy discovery.
I agree with the previous post: give the cats away to a REAL shelter, and take that dough yer making from the strip joint, and get some freakin’ counseling!!
She isn’t a stripper anymore.
And I agree the cats would be better off in another shelter.
I also disagree that she’s “well on her way” to having dead animals in her furniture. She seems well aware of the health of each of the animals, and seems to be disposing of dead animals in a proper fashion.
AGAIN for those who are going to try to put words in my mouth: I agree she shouldn’t be running a shelter. This is not a good situation. My ONLY point is that it’s a lot less horrific and sad than the ‘hoarding’ stories that usually make it into the media.
