A writer from TV guide was on the radio last weekend and said they’re just going to burn off the remaining episodes (notice - after sweeps). So yeah, it beEee dead.
The NY Times says it’s the end of the line.
Bummer. At least Friday Night Lights got renewed.
But they struck **Farscape’s ** sets, too! So there’s hope!
Actually, naw, there’s nothing. I guess I’ll have to rely on **Boston Legal ** to get my left-winger rantings. 
Dead show walking unless there’s a near miracle. It would have to get phenomenal ratings to be uncancelled at this point. Still it’s nice that they’ll show the remaining episodes. Flawed as the show was, I’ll watch them.
The scuttlebutt is when NBC announces their new lineup for the upfronts, *Studio 60 *will not be there.
They’re also shelving Scrubs, to bring back “as needed.”

I think that’s well out of the realm of “scuttlebutt”. Especially since that’s been Scrubs position for the last two seasons atleast.
Yeah, I feel the same - I really wanted to like the show more, but it just didn’t click. Still, I have watched every episode. Even crappy Sorkin is better than no Sorkin.
Any bets his next arena will be HBO/Showtime/Cinemax? I’m thinking he will be too disgusted with network TV, and although he is a brilliant writer, to quote Abby Bartlet, he has an ego the size of Montana, and will not stoop to catering to those network schlubs again any time soon.
