No way in the world could you run the show without either props or cue cards. They would substitute a dress rehearsal or a re-run. No question.
I agree with spooje. The problem with the show all along is that it kept doing things that any thinking individual would react with “That’s insane.” The characters and writing weren’t bad, but the story lines shows after show was so stupid that you thought there had to be a twist at the end to explain them. That twist never came.
I thought that with Sorkin knowing that the show would be canceled and with the knowledge that he wrote the last five episodes to give closure that he would drop the strained idiocy of the earlier plotlines. Yet he shoved it in our faces.
That’s it. I’m not putting myself though the rest of the shows.
