Is that one of the “Good Guys with a Gun” that we hear so much about?
Maybe, but we won’t know until it appears in the Gun Fetish Snowflakes’ Safe Space thread.
In Portland there was a kerfuffle outside a bar. A man tries to break it up, but while doing so his legal-carry gun falls out of its holster. The campus police arrive just as he bends down to pick it up. Since he was black there was probable cause to shoot and kill him. Just too much stupid to go around.
Well they haven’t released the identity of the vicitim yet so we don’t know whether the response from the NRA will be (white) “A flagrant assault by the state on the second ammendment rights of a fine citizen” or (black) “a justified use of his service weapon to protect the public from an armed thug.”
Like a goose? He’s lucky he wasn’t shot by a hunter.
So now we know what happens when only good guys have guns
But what it is with those modern holsters. This is at least the fourth case in a short time when somebody has dropped a gun that was in a holster ( the dancing cop, IKEA, a woman in WalMart, and now this - and 50% of them went off, although it’s physically not possible ).
Props to the demonstrators who confronted him, then chased him when he retreated, yelling “Gun!” and pointing him out to the police, despite the danger he’d turn and shoot them.
Uppity wife tries to have ex-husband’s second amendment rights stripped of him, but the glorious courts refused her petition - twice! - keeping those beautiful guns right where they belonged …in this guys hands so he could kill her with them.
A 92-year old lady doesn’t want to be put in an assisted living facility, so she takes up necessary measures to prove that she’s not that helpless…
Charges include first-degree murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and kidnapping.
Sounds like she’ll end up in quite a different assisted-living facility.
On the bright side, a 92 year old murderess will likely recieve better care in prison than should would have in an old age home. (From what I’ve heard; having never spent time in either, believe it or not)
That’s my retirement plan. Once I hit that age, I’m sticking up a bank. I’ll either get enough money to live well or be taken care of courtesy of the government.
Taking guns away from a citizen is an infringement on 2nd Amendment rights. It’s right in the Amendment - “…shall not be infringed”!
If you belong to a militia. You cherry picked and left out that part.
Well, as luck would have it, I prefer judges to read the Constitution literally when it comes to abortion or gay rights, but to ignore parts of it when it comes to guns. So it works out well for me!
So … that’s a Defensive Gun Use with 1 death, right? Something we should read about in the Gun Cowards’ Safe Space thread? It’s confusing sometimes.
This one could go either way.
What does responsible gun ownership look like?
This shooting was an accident — that’s the price we happily pay for freedom.
News articles don’t tell us what kind of gun it was. But, despite the accident, we should be pleased that this gun owner knew enough to keep the gun loaded and with a round in the chamber (or otherwise in the firing position). It was just weeks ago that a libtard gun hater made a fool of himself at this message-board by suggesting that the gun chamber should ever be emptied. :smack:
Had the toddler been called upon to protect the border and Make America Great Again while his mom and dad were away … he was ready. Kudos!
